Order Cancellation
Due to our automated fulfillment system at the UK logistics hub, orders enter the processing stage almost immediately. Cancellations are only guaranteed within 12 hours of order placement.
1. Standard Cancellation Window
We provide a 12-hour grace period from the moment your order is placed to request a full cancellation. During this window, we can halt the electronic data transfer to our warehouse and issue an immediate refund.
2. Post-Processing Status
If more than 12 hours have passed, or if your order has already been assigned a tracking number by our carriers, the order cannot be cancelled. In this instance:
- The shipment will proceed to your delivery address as scheduled.
- You may initiate a standard return once the package arrives see our Return Policy.
- Refusing a delivery at the door is not a valid cancellation method and may result in the package being lost or delayed in the courier network.
3. How to Cancel
To ensure your request is seen by our team within the critical window, you must follow these exact steps:

- Include: Full Name and the reason for cancellation.
4. Refund of Cancelled Orders
Once a cancellation is confirmed by our staff, your refund will be issued immediately. Depending on your financial institution, the funds typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days. No administrative fees are charged for cancellations made within the valid window.
