At Soccer Intl., we stand behind the official heritage and technical quality of every product we distribute. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we facilitate a structured return process in accordance with UK distance selling regulations.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all manufacturer tags still attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure product protection during transit.
For hygiene and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been customized with player names or personal patches, nor can we accept used athletic undergarments or socks once the seal is broken.
2. The Return Process
To initiate an official return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support department at support@soccerintl.com with your order number.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the address of our central processing hub.
- Securely package your item and include the RA number inside the parcel.
Note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning their items. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. Refund Timelines
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Funds will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal) within 5 to 7 business days.
- Zero Restocking Fees: We do not charge fees to restock official gear. You will receive the full purchase price back.
4. Damaged or Faulty Goods
In the rare event that your official kit arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and issue a priority replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size, the fastest method is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.
