At Soccer Intl., we stand behind the official heritage and technical quality of every product we distribute. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we facilitate a structured return process in accordance with consumer compliance standards and commercial regulations.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all manufacturer tags still attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure product protection during transit.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been customized with player names or personal patches, nor can we accept used athletic undergarments or socks once the seal is broken.
