Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders — no minimum spend, no hidden fees.

Which carriers do you use?
We ship from our warehouses in the UK (via DHL) and the USA (via USPS). For some destinations, we may use trusted local couriers.

Can I get my shirt customized?
Yes! Many of our products support name and number printing. Customization options are shown on the product page.
Can I return or cancel a customized shirt?
Unfortunately, customized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once the order is placed.

We only accept returns if the item is:

The wrong size
An incorrect product

How do I request a refund?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
