Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes — all orders can be cancelled as long as they haven’t been shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once your order enters the packaging or shipping process, it can no longer be canceled.

I Accidentally Canceled My Order. Can I Resume It?

If you canceled your order but would still like to receive it, the fastest way is to place a new order through our website.

If you canceled your order using the cancellation link in your order confirmation email, you should receive a follow-up email confirming the cancellation.
