Return and refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

We only accept returns if:

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong size

  • You received an incorrect item

Please ensure your return meets one of these conditions. We are unable to process returns for other reasons (e.g., change of mind or incorrect order made by customer).

Non-returnable Items

Customized items (e.g., shirts with name/number printing) are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded after the order is placed.

To Complete Your Return

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Contact us at support@soccerintl.com before sending anything back.

  • Do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider – posting times may vary

  3. Contact your bank – processing delays are common

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, or if your order has already shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@soccerintl.com and send your item to:

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

  • For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Delivery Guarantee & Late Delivery Refunds
