Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns We can only accept returns if:
- The shirt you received is damaged
- You received the wrong size
- An incorrect shirt was sent
Please ensure that any returns meet these conditions, as we cannot process returns for other reasons.
Non-Returnable Items Customized items are considered final sale and cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded once the order has been placed.
To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
- Reach out to your bank, as there might be some processing time involved.

Order Cancellation You can cancel your order at any time before it has shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
